ddrum is a relatively new drum set manufacturer from the United States. ddrum is a division of Armadillo Enterprises, Inc. and was created in 1983. They produce acoustic drum sets and electronic triggers and modules. ddrum currently offers eight product lines, all which start with the letter D. In addition to the normal production line drum sets, ddrum also allows its customers to order a fully customizable drum set in which you can choose the shell materials, dimensions, finish, and what hardware will be used.
ddrum currently produces eight different drum set series, ranging from beginner to professional models. The beginner drum set is the D2. This features a four piece kit with mahogany shells. The ddrum Diablo series is an intermediate model that uses higher quality hardware than the beginner sets. Ddrum offers two semi-professional drum sets with the Dominion and Defiant series. The Dominion drum sets come with high quality ash or maple drum shells. The DIOS drum series is a professional offering by ddrum. These drum sets feature premium hardware and exotic woods.
