The Ludwig Accent Series is a beginner/intermediate level drum set currently being produced by Ludwig. The Accent Series features 100% birch shells and custom Ludwig hardware. The kit comes in four varieties: Accent CS Custom Elite, Accent CS Custom, Accent CS 200, and the Accent CS 100 Combo Series. The Custom Elite is the highest quality drum set and is available in 5 high gloss lacquer finishes. The Accent CS Custom has the same hardware as the Elite Series, but is offered in 2 Satin Oil finishes, Natural and Wine Burst. The CS 100 and CS 200 Series use slightly different hardware than the Custom Series. These drum kits use slightly lighter weight double braced hardware and a different post style tom mount.
