The Pearl Session Series was an intermediate/semi-professional drum kit produced by Pearl until January 2008. This series has since been discontinued and replaced with the Pearl Vision Series. The Session Series included either 100% Maple or 100% Birch 6 ply drum shells and featured Pearl’s Optimount suspension system with 2.3 mm Superhoops.
